1. The parties
These terms are a contract between Eduardo García Ruiz, NIF 48685832F, Plaza de la Soledad, 6, 03300 Orihuela, Alicante, Spain (“Methos”, “we”), and the person or company that creates an account (“you”). The Service is a software platform that reads your product's website, proposes a growth plan and builds AI-led diagnostic conversations and interviews that you share by link, and gives you each person's result, a brief about them and the insights.
2. Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 and, if you act for a company, authorised to bind it.
3. Plans, prices and billing

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your country. If you are a business in another EU member state with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism applies. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe; by subscribing you authorise the recurring charge.
A “response” is a completed conversation. There are no overage charges. When you reach your monthly limit, new conversations wait until your next period and conversations already in progress can finish.
These are launch prices. The first 50 paid subscriptions keep them for as long as the subscription stays active; if it is cancelled, a new subscription is charged at the price in force at that time.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you don't accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
4. Free plan
The Free plan needs no payment method and doesn't expire. Moving to a paid plan is always your choice: we never charge you automatically. We may limit or withdraw the Free plan in case of abuse.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from Settings, with no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep your plan until then. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
6. Refunds
Fees already paid are not refundable, including partly used months. We will consider refunds for serious technical failures on our side that stopped you using the Service for a significant time; write to edu@getmethos.com within 14 days.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Deceive, harass or harm anyone, or impersonate real people or companies without permission.
- Collect personal data from respondents without a valid legal basis or without telling them who you are.
- Ask respondents for sensitive data (health, passwords, payment cards) through the Service.
- Get around security, limits or access controls, or resell access without our permission.
- Break data protection, intellectual property or unfair competition law.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.
8. Your content
You keep all rights to what you put into the Service and to the responses you collect. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service. We don't use your content to train our own AI models. If you publish a results page, you're responsible for the quotes you approve.
9. Data processing (article 28 GDPR)
For respondents' personal data, you are the controller and Methos is your processor. We process it only on your instructions and to provide the Service, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and only through the sub-processors listed in the Privacy policy. You confirm you have a legal basis to collect it and that you inform respondents; the Service shows them who runs the conversation and links to our privacy policy.
10. Availability
We aim for the Service to be always available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. There may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control.
11. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages. AI-generated insights are for information; decisions based on them are yours.
12. Changes
We may improve or change features at any time. We'll tell you about changes to these terms at least 15 days before they apply; using the Service after that means you accept them. If we ever shut down the Service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes go to the courts of Orihuela (Alicante, Spain), unless consumer protection law gives you a different court. Before that, write to edu@getmethos.com and we'll try to solve it in good faith.
